The Story
PIZZANISTA! has always differentiated itself with excellent pizza and collaborations that go hand in hand. This collab brought together three brands that punch above their weight — PETA's decades of animal advocacy, Joan Jett's unmistakable voice, and our love of pizza that doesn't compromise.
The pie itself featured red sauce, The Be-Hive vegan nut-free cheese & pepperoni, and a hand-tossed activated charcoal crust shaped into a black heart in honor of the band. The box artwork featured Joan's signature style alongside PETA's classic black-and-blue branding along with PIZZANISTA! punk rock vibes — a pizza box & merch worth keeping long after it was gone.

We launched the collab on a single date during the post-COVID stretch — no big party, no crowded room. Just a heart-shaped box, a fully vegan pie, and a message worth showing up for. It was a quieter kind of launch, and somehow that made it feel even more special.
