You earn 10% back for every $1 spent, e.g., spend $50 and earn $5 towards a future item/purchase.
Do my points ever expire?
Yes — points expire 12 months from the time they were earned. Keep earning (and eating!) to stay active.
Can I transfer or share points with someone else?
No — points are non-transferable and tied to your PIZZANISTA! account.
Do I need to download the app to earn rewards?
Yes — the PIZZANISTA! App is the easiest way to track, earn, and redeem points, plus you’ll get exclusive member-only perks and early access to limited drops.
Can I earn points when I use a gift card?
Yes! Points are earned when you redeem a gift card, not when you buy one.
Will I still get special deals and event notifications like I did via email?
Yep! Members get early access to new merch, pop-ups, and collabs — make sure your push notifications are turned on.
What happens to my existing Toast loyalty points?
